Inbucon provides advice to companies on all aspects of executive compensation including the consideration of base pay, annual bonuses, benefits in kind and long term incentive schemes. In bonus scheme design we provide a root and branch service, ranging from the design, modelling of benefits and financial implications for an organisation, production of scheme rules, employee communications and shareholders’ communications (circular, summary and justification of arrangements, resolutions etc). Where appropriate there will be discussions with institutional investors and obtaining pre-agreement of the design.

We provide ongoing advice to remuneration committees on corporate governance and monthly email updates on relevant matters and market trends.

In addition, we offer a comprehensive performance management service providing total shareholder return (TSR) monitoring service, as well as other types of performance criteria. As part of this service we consult as to the relationship between the chosen performance criteria and a company’s business strategy.

We also provide technical advice in order to provide tax effective remuneration, as well as providing ‘expert advice’ in respect of litigation.
The Team
Inbucon’s executive compensation team is made up of executive compensation professionals, including consultants with over 20 years experience in the executive compensation market.

Within the team we have legal, tax and company secretarial qualified individuals, with both UK and international experience, allowing us to provide both practical and compliance advice in the UK and overseas.

We have a specialist group that works on bespoke non-standard arrangements. It has an enviable track record of designing incentive schemes that are tailored to a company’s needs rather than simply following market practice.
